This fly was conceived by store staffer Jim Heack and named by Ray because the first one was blonde, and had lots of lewd action. Madonna. This is a great streamer pattern and has accounted for many very large brown trout. We fish this fly with a stripping, jerking motion. We offer it in six colors because fish will respond to different colors based on available light and stream conditions. The more colors you have in your fly box, the better.
The key behind this fly's great action is that it's lightly weighted to counter the buoyancy of the deer hair sculpin head and rabbit Zonker strip.
