In Michigan you're never more than six miles to a river or lake. We are in the middle of some of the best streams in the midwest. Here are some of the local waters we provide guide services on.
Manistee River Manistee River

The Manistee is considered to be one of the best trout fisheries east of the Rocky Mountains. It also offers some of the finest salmon and steelheading in the Great Lakes.
Bear Creek Bear Creek
The Bear is the largest spawning tributary for migratory fish for the Manistee system, making it a very important river. It has great spring, summer and fall trout fishing.
Little Manistee River Little Manistee River
One of Michigan's "Blue Ribbon" trout streams, the Little Manistee flows northwest from it's spring source to Lake Michigan at the village of Manistee. This great trout river was one of Michigan's first to have a "flies only" section designated by Michigan's legislature.
Pine River Pine River

The Pine River is the coldest, highest gradient river in Michigan's lower peninsula. Home to Brown, Rainbow and Brook trout, the Pine is one of our crown jewels. We are one of only two legally operating outfitters on the Pine's "Wild and Scenic" stretches of 26 miles.
Boardman River
Cold, clean and excellant habitat for wild Brook trout and Michigan Browns. Great summer time hatches make this river a fly anglers delight.  This is the birthplace of the world renoun Adams fly and a very historical trout river for nothern Michigan.
Au Sable River
The Au Sable River in Michigan runs approximately 140 miles (225 km) through the northern Lower Peninsula, through the towns of Grayling and Mio, and enters Lake Huron at Oscoda. It is considered one of the best brown trout fisheries east of the Rocky Mountains.

Pere Marquette
It was the first river in the country to be stocked with brown trout from Germany. While that fish is still present in numbers, and offers great fly fishing challenge, the river is nearly as well known for its seasonal migrations of Steelhead and Salmon.
