The modern two handed rod has evolved into a much more versatile fishing tool than the Scots of long ago had in mind when they fashioned rods made of Greehheart wood of up to 20 feet long. Today the two handed rod is used for everything from fishing salmon and steelhead to saltwater applications such as surf casting. The Professional Series two handed rods are a medium fast rod which are faster than a traditional spey rod. The 12 wt. 12' TiCr is a fast action rod meant to be an overhead line launcher. All two handed rods come with a case.
