Schmidt Outfitters is a fly fishing outfitter established in 1976 in Wellston, Michigan. We provide destination guide services on some of Michigan's most famous trout, steelhead, and salmon waters like the Manistee, Pere Marquette, Little Manistee, Bear Creek, and Pine River. With lodging, professional fly fishing guides, a fully stocked fly shop, fly fishing schools, casting pond, and a conference center, it’s no wonder that anglers from around the world visit our waters and enjoy our services. Shop Hours: Monday through Saturday 8:00 am until 5:30 pm and Sunday 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.
